Our Mission

We are fighting against the institutionalization of severely physically disabled people in Nova Scotia. Instead, we are advocating for the implementation of co-housing units across the province.

Panel Discussion

On February 28th, 2019, we held a panel discussion at the Halifax Central Library, “No More Warehousing: Time for Housing and Dignity for Nova Scotia’s Physically Disabled”. It was a huge success! We had over 115 people in attendance, including the head of Disability Services and NDP critics for the Department of Community Services and the Department of Health. Thanks to everyone who made it possible!
